Our dedicated team use their experience and expertise to effectively manage relationships with support agencies and third party providers, ensuring a seamless transition for all occupants into their new private rented accommodation.

Syrian Refugee Scheme
The Syrian Refugee Scheme enables Syrian Refugees to come to Northern Ireland under the UK Government's Vulnerable Persons Relocation (VPR) Scheme.
The Syrian refugees that will be resettling here are some of the most vulnerable people feeling the conflict in Syria. Homecare Housing works alongside the NIHE, Extern Support Service & Barnardo's. We currently house 350 Syrian families across all districts in NI, with 97 families housed in 2019.
